Thanks for shopping with Trailmade Goods. Each shirt is made to order, which means your item is printed just for you after your order is placed. This helps us avoid unnecessary inventory and keeps our shop focused on fresh outdoor-inspired designs.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Because our products are printed on demand, please allow time for your order to be printed, packed, and shipped.

Most customers receive their order in about 7–12 business days after placing the order. This includes both production time and shipping time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other unexpected issues.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Rates may vary depending on the items in your order, quantity, shipping destination, and available carrier options.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on where each item is produced. You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow a few extra business days for the carrier to update the status. If your order appears lost or has not arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us.
